The ERM Coach program is designed to be most effective for those who oversee and/or are directly involved in the Enterprise Risk Management process in their organization.
Our full day sessions begin at 7:30 am and last until 4:30 pm. The sessions will include a combination of training, group activities, media, and individual work to help gain the knowledge and direction you need to take the next step in the ERM process. Our sessions include a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks throughout the day.
The full day sessions are held at the CFR training facility in Tulsa, OK.
Since Enterprise Risk Management is an ongoing process that has no specific end time, we designed our 3-year program to help you build a foundation for a successful ERM process that you can sustain and advance in the following years. Each year you have the opportunity to renew your annual membership to complete the 3-year program.
Each year of the program is based on the 12 month period following the start date of your first session.
We encourage all members to attend all sessions since part of the program benefit is being able to network and connect with other members. If an emergency situation arises and you are not able to make a session, we will include you in a limited overview of what was covered in the session during a conference call prior to our next session.
The $15,000 annual membership fee is due before your first session. You may pay by check during the registration process.
